Necessary for us to establish if you reside in our current catchment area.
Optional but we feels it's nicer if we can refer to her or him by name when we contact you.
If your dog is mixed breed, please provide us with an idea of his/her size, i.e. small, medium or large.
We're unable to offer walks to intact adult males. Puppies awaiting neutering and and unneutered bitches can be accommodated in some cases.
